Consistent Promotion Through All RhodyCo Events:

Not just Brand Awareness -- Brand Affection! All RhodyCo events feature a consistent level of marketing and promotion. RhodyCo partners with a variety of media to have TV, radio and newspaper promotion in each event. All events are also marketed via: direct mail color entry brochures, event websites, fitness magazine ads, mass emails and posters. Sponsor branding via bib numbers, Tshirts, banner signage, prize give-aways, promotional announcements, product demos, goodie bag stuffing and sampling are key features available to sponsors in all events.

Tailored Promotional Strategies - Prorated:

'Retail Promo' (see below): RhodyCo has established chainwide supermarket in-store promotions (3 weeks each) for every event. Retail partners include: Mollie Stone's Markets, Andronico's, PW Markets and Lunardi's.

'Sampling' - this is our basic package. Its focus is on-site sampling (from booth or product inserts in participant goodie bags), and includes product banners onsite, event announcements and pre-event promo.

All 'Major Sponsors' (limited to 3 per event) are featured with prominent logos, with marketing lines (or 'call to action') in all of the event media and on all promotional materials (i.e. logo on all participant t-shirts). See detailed sample, after the schedule, below.

'Price Options' Sponsorship packages are prorated according to the promotional elements included in each. Prices range from $500 to $50,000.  RhodyCo tailors each promotional package to the unique strategies of each sponsor.
